Employers are no longer required to automatically send Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, to individuals. As required, we will continue to file this Form with the IRS. If you would like a copy of your statement, please contact our accounting department at tax@abi-inc.com or at 360-668-8555.
